FrogDAQ reboot & testing 2021 (Jupyter with python 3.9):

• Class imports to fix. Quick fixes now in place (69c1914)
• Recon sub-class structure to review. Basic debug now in place (69c1914), but still probably issues. Looks like this was in flux at last commit, then abandoned!
• Patched froglib routines to include (and/or push to main repo).
• Docs.
• Update demos.
