Probably enough time and enough commits have happened for a minor release!

Here are some of the changes since the last release.

• Added IRI::is() and IRI::is_as() and derived same methods for named entities
• io::rdf::closure_reader::parse_content_from_iri now returns a list of IRIs corresponding to IRIs in the import closure when succeeding
• horned-big now allows choosing the serialization format and add an OntologyID to its output
• benchmarking is now done using criterion
• io::owx::reader::read_with_build and io::ofn::reader::read return type is now generic w.r.t. the returned ontology structure
• RDFOntology turned into a trait, the corresponding concrete implementation is now ConcreteRDFOntology
• ontology::set now contains SetIndex::iter()
• ontology::iri_mapped::index_take is now removing a given component for all the involved IRIs
• env_logger dependency has been removed
• ComponentMappedIndex and IRIMappedIndex no longer contain RefCell
