Dev test: Ratio and Proportion 1.0.0-dev.77 #582

There have already been a few minor bug fixes in the repo, please let me know when you are going to start testing this, and I will get a new dev version for you. |

After another few bug fixes and half of a code review in phetsims/ratio-and-proportion#210, I updated the version to dev.77 I talked to @KatieWoe to make sure that she hadn't started testing yet. |

@terracoda has been having a ton of trouble on mobile + VO on iOS 14. So it may be good to note potential trouble here. Though I don't know if there is an issue for this. |
Ahh! That is great consistency to note (because of phetsims/ratio-and-proportion#256). phetsims/scenery#1094 is the general blocking issue about a11y and iOS 14 |

Issue phetsims/ratio-and-proportion#256 seems to be specific to iOS 14, but phetsims/ratio-and-proportion#283 is happening on iOS 13. I think the general issue about iOS 14 is that context responses no longer fire when using iOS 14. I am not sure if any progress has been made on that general issue. |

QA is done for the most part. I know @muedli is going to take one last look at Mac VO tonight, so I'll leave it to him to reassign and remove the tag. |

@emily-phet , @terracoda , @Matthew-Moore240, @BLFiedler, @jbphet, ratio-and-proportion/1.0.0-dev.77 is ready for dev testing. This sim is trying to be published in early 2021 Q1, with RC testing later this month. Document issues in https://github.com/phetsims/ratio-and-proportion/issues and link to this
issue. This test is not delayed, but if testing doesn't start for some time, please let me know and I will get you the latest and greatest dev version.
Please note that there are known issues and bugs with this sim, see https://github.com/phetsims/ratio-and-proportion/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Atype%3Abug for the current bugs. We wanted to expedite the testing even though these aren't yet fixed to expose as many problems as early as possible.

Screen Readers
This sim supports screen readers. If you are unfamiliar with screen readers, please ask Katie to introduce you to screen
readers. If you simply need a refresher on screen readers, please consult the
QA Book, which should have all of
the information you need as well as a link to a screen reader tutorial made by Jesse. Otherwise, look over the a11y view
before opening the simulation. Once you've done that, open the simulation and make sure alerts and descriptions work as
intended.

Keyboard Navigation
This sim supports keyboard navigation. Please make sure it works as intended on all platforms by itself and with a
screen reader.
Magnification
This sim supports magnification with pinch and drag gestures on touch screens, keyboard shortcuts, and mouse/wheel controls. Please test magnfication and make sure
it is working as intended and well with the use cases of the simulation. Due to the way screen readers handle user input, magnification is NOT expected to
work while using a screen reader so there is no need to test this case.
