Lines are rendered at the side of electrons

Can you reproduce with ?rootRenderer=canvas? Looks likely to be a Chrome SVG issue, possibly high-dpi specific.

Doesn't look like it. I've also seen this issue in Expression Exchange and Gravity and Orbits. @jonathanolson feel free to move this issue to where it needs to be since it isn't specific to this sim.
