Problem description
For phetsims/qa#1095
The level to which the vectors are zoomed in or out is not reset with reset all
Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any screen in Buoyancy
  2. Zoom in on the vectors with the plus button until it greys out
  3. Reset all
