Avoid using DNS client cache on NAPTR lookups

Especially in Test Directory it seems to be an issue, that the registration is of new participants leads to re-indexations, because the NAPTR record cannot be resolved.

The internal DNS cache settings needs to be evaluated and ideally the lookups should be done without caching. At least in case of re-indexing
