Not sure about all the strings added...

This PR:

  • Helps Minimal Linux Version of rig #21 by making rig start functional for Linux users (with pointers to the Linux docs and starting up the dashboard anyway). If it were smarter it would check for a docker daemon I suppose.
  • Fixes Add some user guidance on rig config after start. #31 by telling users a bit more about docker-machine and how to configure their terminal session.
  • Provides better context to what starting 'dev' implies.
