Considerations for Study Designs in R

Hey all,

In the admiral-ADaM IG working group, we discussed Study Designs. This is a pretty big topic and I'm hesitant to add more into admiral vignettes

but maybe this could live in examples? Like a "things to consider" with simple study designs that hit all big players with resources.
