Type: new feature | bug fix
Link to issue: Error duplicate columns while Auto-generate migration Postgres phalcon-devtools#438

In raising this pull request, I confirm the following:

I wrote some tests for this PR.

Small description of change:

Added Phalcon\Db\Adapter\Pdo\Postgresql::describeReferences with constraints on update and on delete
Changed Phalcon\Db\Dialect\Postgresql::describeReferences added constraints on update and on delete
