Add paging support for LDAP

Hello,

thanks for your work keeping the original Segfault-Inc/Multicorn project alive.
I am using it concerning LDAP.

Today I stumbled over the LDAP wrapper not being able to receive >1000 results (i. e. missing paging support).

Fortunately there is a pull request in the original prject:

Segfault-Inc/Multicorn#240

I haven't tested it.

Any plans to include that?

seems like a patch we ought to be able to accept. please test it and I Mathieu will likely apply the patch; barring any technical objections and assuming there is a validating test case. :-)
