Add support for renaming file opened in query tool

Describe the bug

If I rename an open tab in the Query Tool, its new name is not saved and it reverts to the prior name.

To Reproduce

1. Open a file in the Query Tool
2. Right-click on the tab
3. Select "Rename"
4. Write a new name for the file
5. Click OK
6. At this point, the tab displays the renamed name
7. Type some text in the file
8. The name then reverts to the previous

Expected behavior

The new name should persist.

@anthonydb I checked this - I think the file based query tools shouldn't be allowed to rename in the first place. Its a file right.

Well, it is a handy option nevertheless.
For what it's worth, DataGrip offers a rename option via the right-click tab menu:

@anthonydb The rename in pgAdmin is simply renaming the tab. What you've sent is renaming the actual file and not the tab. So Rename Tab != Rename File.
If want to the rename the actual file - then we can take this as a feature request.

Ah, I see. Thank you for making that distinction.
If I'm renaming the tab, I think my assumption was that the file name was being renamed as well.

I would like to make this a feature request to rename the file as well as the tab. The two names should sync up.
