Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Added complete documentation for pgr_kingOrdering and pgr_minDegreeOrdering:
    • Created .rst files and updated ordering-family.rst.
    • Registered documentation in CMake and docqueries.
  • Extended pgTAP test coverage for both functions:
    • Added edge case and crash-resilience tests.
    • Introduced inner query tests with PostgreSQL version checks.
    • Cleaned and fixed SQL test files to ensure valid, verifiable output.
  • Removed obsolete C/C++ driver header files:
    • Deleted kingOrdering_driver.h and minimumDegreeOrdering_driver.h.
