We decided to move initial phases of report writing to Google Docs, as GitHub wasn't providing an intuitive enough interface for this purpose. However, in later stages we will still be using Markdown and GitHub.
I went through our comments left last year to form a checklist of things we should look out for, then updated the instructions based on it. Resolves #15.

Kako uskoro kreće pisanje izveštaja za 2023. godinu, dodao sam novi proces pisanja izveštaja na vrh uputstva, i ažurirao odeljak sa čestim greškama na osnovu lekcija naučenih od prošle godine.
Potrebno je diskutovati još par detalja pre objavljivanja novog uputstva.
