Restore dependency audit reusable workflow to v2
Pinning the job to @v1 regresses this workflow to an older reusable and violates the file’s own contract (You MUST NOT change ... the uses line in this workflow header). Because this repo is meant to be a thin caller of the org source-of-truth, downgrading the reusable can silently drop centralized fixes/standards updates and make the required dependency-audit check inconsistent with other repos.
