CLS is sometimes lost when using cls-hooked without cls-bluebird

Is this expected? If not then I will try to create some minimal test case. Because I read that bluebird should already support AsyncResource #1472.

2. What platform and version? (For example Node.js 0.12 or Google Chrome 32)

3. Did this issue happen with earlier version of bluebird?
