The StyleSwitcher extension now comes with template documents and an
installation routine. Existing template documents will not be
overwritten.
v1.4.1 is recommended for new users who do not yet have their own
document templates for StyleSwitcher. The program code of the included
macros is completely refactored compared to v1.2.0, but the function is
the same - except for the template installation.
