Feature v2

The first major release is just to bootstrap a JSON server that only returns data on requests. More features will come to next major release.

Goal of v2 release:

• Provide HTTP methods access: GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE.
• Allow to overwrite data to JSON database file.
