Epic: MQTT 3.1.1 Production Roadmap

• TCP w/ TLS Support
• End to End test with real broker via TestContainers
• End to End test w/ real broker via TestContainers WITH AUTHENTICATION ENABLED
• testing for decoder errors with FsCheck #62 - all MQTT 3.1.1 decoder / encoder fuzzing errors found
• End2End TCP benchmarks complete
• End2End TCP benchmarks w/ TLS complete
