Support `ipywidgets` 8

Feature Request

As it says in the title.

Description of Problem:

I'd like to use the latest & greatest ipywidgets but perspective doesn't (yet) support it.

• Jupyter-Lab Extension Not Working On Fresh Install #1942 (reply in thread)

Potential Solutions:

I'm just opening this issue as a feature request so I can subscribe and keep informed of any changes

I just ran into this again:

The reported errors are:
- Encountered problems while solving:
-   - package perspective-1.9.2-py310h238ce95_0 requires ipywidgets >=7.5.1,<8, but none of the providers can be installed

Fortunately ipywidgets>=8 isn't a hard-requirement in my environment... yet.
