Getting Start

Using maven

1. Getting maven

mkdir ~/maven
cd ~/maven
curl -O \
  http://mirrors.advancedhosters.com/apache/maven/maven-3/3.3.9/binaries/apache-maven-3.3.9-bin.tar.gz
tar xvfz apache-maven-3.3.9-bin.tar.gz
export MAVEN_HOME=$(pwd)/apache-maven-3.3.9

2. Generate maven project

mvn archetype:generate -DgroupId=edu.tutorial.aspectj -DartifactId=aspectj_quick_start \        
  -DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.maven.archetypes \
  -DarchetypeArtifactId=maven-archetype-quickstart   -DarchetypeVersion=RELEASE
