1-) Use the “quote” feature in a group conversation to change the identity of the sender, even if that person is not a member of the group.
2-) Alter the text of someone else’s reply, essentially putting words in their mouth.

this is not possible. Quoting a message requires it's JID, and you need a valid message to get a valid JID.
Simply put, quoting a message is telling whatsapp to reference it. Not storing the message within that message!
We talked about this on discord, and it doesn't seem possible for now.

The thing about this "Vulnerability" ( is working as intended ) is that you need direct access to the sqlite database, so you can't do this via whatsappWeb

Sorry I tottaly forgot about this, a group of researchers managed to do it directly through whatsapp web. Follow the article link: https://research.checkpoint.com/2018/fakesapp-a-vulnerability-in-whatsapp/

This type of feature won't be included in this library, but you can use the extra property to add additional things as needed (added in #600)
