More display bugs

Fixed some more display bugs due to inconsistencies n different browsers, and sites.

Game bar showing again

Fixes a display bug - the game bar is now showing again, at the bottom of the screen, in external sites

Hover Colour fix

Fixed a missing backgroud colour on hovering the game bar buttons

Icons Redesigned

Changed icons to omni-compatible SVG versions (redesigned);
Bugfixes.

Warning rewording

The warning now mentions script blockers as possible cause

Warning on incomplete load

The game bar will now alert the user after 10 seconds if any dependency fails to load properly.
The GameBar.js file must be updated for the change to take effect.

Game Bar button improvements

Changed fullscreen button icon (all icons are now customisable via the ObtainSymbol function).
Level selector button only appears for games with more than one level.
Support for customisation of inter-level messages, and of game bar buttons.
Undo and Restart buttons now pulse in response to keyboard input.

Support for level sections via § in the hints file.
