A simple Minecraft mod that automatically disconnects players when they are in low health.
Inspired by personal experiences and the fact that there is no similar mod that can be found since it is... obviously a hack.
If you want to keep the spirit of the game, it is better not to use this mod (especially when playing with your friends).

Installation
Important
Since Minecraft 1.21, AutoDisconnect & Fabric API require Java 21+. Update your Java to version 21 or later for these mods to work properly.
Installing Fabric Mod Loader:
- Download Fabric. Open the installer and follow the instructions. It will create a new game version and profile in the launcher menu. Select that version to launch Fabric.
- Download Fabric API. Put the downloaded .jar file in the
.minecraft/mods/folder
Installing AutoDisconnect
- Download the provided .jar file and put it in the
.minecraft/mods/folder
