FEATURE: add search_after supprot #13

Hello,
At first, thanks for you package.
I didn't find ability to use search_after for pagination. In my project I used modules of your package and extended them. But it would be very nice to have the ability to use this functionality directly from this package.
I can make pull request (already prepared branch with this feature), if you provide access.
