Settings link under title in Installed Plugin screen

It would be good to include a settings link below the title in the Installed plugin screen. Deactivate l Edit l SETTINGS

To make it totally clear where the settings are located.

There are no settings for the exporter...so I'm not sure what that link would go to.

Do you think there should be settings? If so, what settings options should there be?

At a later stage I just think it should go direct to Tools -> Export.
