NYTPROF env variables should escape : and = for option's values

Tests failed while testing Mojolicious::Plugin::NYTProf v0.14 on strawberyperl 5.20.1.1 x64 with Devel::NYTProf v6.02.

On MSWin32 plateforms, files contain drive letter followed by a colon (:) and that breaks some unit tests, and I found other incompatibilities in Devel::NYTProf v6.02 for MSWin32(see timbunce/devel-nytprof#78).
