Adds usePathname() as a useEffect dependency so the effect re-fires on every soft navigation, including back/forward where React can preserve component identity from cached RSC payloads. Without it, back-nav can land on a page with empty or stale breadcrumbs because the destination's SetStepNav effect doesn't re-run. FORK-CHANGES.md entry payloadcms#50.
