Error 500 while adding media without filename

Describe the Bug

While adding media and deleting their filename (single or multiple) there is error 500, cant parse JSON in dist/utilities/addDataAndFileToRequest.js:41

Reproduction Steps

1. Login to admin panel
2. Go to media page
3. Click upload file
4. Select file
5. Clear filename input
6. Click save
