The mutant above is the non-deterministic mutant that we are unable to exclude before upgrading our mutants version.
I think its possible to create a test for it I just think I need to take more time than I have at the moment to catch it so for now I plan to exclude it with a TODO comment.
I have a branch started that is upgrading us to v25.2.0. There are quite a few new exclusion patterns as we use < and > frequently to determine certain code paths that don't necessarily need to error. With the new mutant pattern replace < with <= and replace > with >= I think its better to just ignore these for those instances rather than create some convoluted test for them.
I still opted to not skip these mutants entirely and added them on a per function basis.
