This documents a pattern I use in a PQC-based execution protocol I'm building (Noisebound): a long-lived ML-DSA identity key issuing short-lived capabilities to ephemeral classical session keys, so the root key rarely has to sign. Didn't see this delegation pattern covered alongside the existing hybrid-KEM examples, so adding it as a recipe in case it's useful to others building similar systems.
