Pasting a phone number doesn't update flag/international code

Hello,

When i'm pasting a full number, like +41794242436
It keep the previous international code (and flag), so it doesn't switch for Switzerland.
(It works perfectly when you type it from the beginning - not pasting)

It isn't the case with jackonr's vanilla Javascript plugin.

Do you have any idea why it doesn't update the country flag & international code ?

We've found a workaround

                        this.telInputRef.current.updateValFromNumber(e.clipboardData.getData('text'), false, true)
                        e.preventDefault()
                        e.stopPropagation()
                    }
                }}
            />
        )
    }
}
