Simple docs enhancement, that for didn't open an issue

Summary of changes:
Listing the currently known and existing plugins for the patternlab ecosystem.

Alternatively: Adding the collected plugins to the wiki page https://github.com/pattern-lab/patternlab-node/wiki/Official-&-Community-Plugins and linking to that one. Or vice versa.

I'm good getting this in as-is but food for thought: perhaps this could be something we call out in the main README.md? 🤷‍♂️
