Assessing score of subcomplexes

Hi, how can I score subcomplexes? I want to understand if I can build interactions correctly in at least part of my expected complex.

For example, let’s say I have a 10-chain complex that I’m trying to assemble without prior information. I’d like to have a metric that helps me determine whether at least part of my complex (for instance, 5 chains) is assembled with a high score.
