Running an example for MISA analysis

The folder Opt_4_5_6_MISA_Examples contain three files:
1. M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta.misa
The file above is the MISA results performed over M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta
2. M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta.statistics
The file above is the MISA statistics performed over M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta
3. M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta.MISA_extracted_seqs.fasta The file above contains only the MISA positive sequences extracted by Seqs-Extractor from M.musculus_NCBI_entire_genome.fasta
