Healthcheck gives an error message after 5.4.0 upgrade

After the 5.4.0 upgrade, executing the cli healthcheck (again) shows an error message:
(I wasn't sure if I should reopen the older issue #548)

Hey @TheReptile, we have created an internal ticket (PB-44760) to investigate & solve the issue.

Confirmed as fixed in 5.5.0.
