PHP 7.4

Dear Dev,

Is there any process in the enabling PHP 7.4 for Partkeepr?
I would very much want to use this amazing project altough I have more projects running on 7.4 and cannot downgrade unfortunatly.

during my holidays, last May, I advanced in my branch

in that branch I'm already using PHP 7.4 but there is still work to do to have it operative
I'm very busy since then and I hope to have sometime free in my next holidays period and make it running

I'm also working on getting PartKeepr updated to work with PHP 7.4, mostly with work updating the dependencies it relies on updated to use newer dependencies themselves. Work is slow, but it's heading in the right direction

So as an update for my side, I decided to slowly port over PartKeepr into a new Symfony Flex project. I'm also splitting it into two separate projects, the backend service (PartKeepr-NG) and the frontend client (PartKeepr-NGUI). I'm currently working on porting over the OG code and setting it up in PartKeepr-NG, then after that, writing out the API and test suites so I can start working on the frontend. It should be database compatible with PartKeepr (at least that's my plan).

I tried my best to keep the original code base in tact while moving over to Symfony 4 and PHP 7, but the amount of rewriting that needed to be done to do so was excessive and honestly I'm lazy. I'm hoping on getting most, if not all, of the backend code ported and tested by the end of next month. If you want to watch my progress, the repo is here
