The latest release and 9.7.0 tags are not available/released on Dockerhub

Steps to reproduce

Look for 9.7.0 tag on https://hub.docker.com/r/parseplatform/parse-server/

Actual Outcome

No version there and latest points to 9.6.x

Expected Outcome

To see 9.7.0
