Add support for more SBC hardware

It worries me that the maximum order for the NanoPi NEO metal kit is 18 units. Is it being discontinued?

Add support for at least the R1S, maybe the Duo2 with a custom USB-A daughterboard.

Also look at OrangePi. OrangePi Zero Plus looks like a usable board.

Currently on the short list for consideration (because I have at least one of each of these)

Orange Pi Zero
Orange Pi Zero Plus
FriendlyArm NanoPi R1S-H3 (I'm probably going to target this one first, because it comes in a nice case. Though I do have cases for the Orange Pi boards, too.)
Rock Pi S
FriendlyArm NanoPi Duo2 (needs a host port added on)

I don't have a Raspberry Pi 4 yet, and there's no OTG port on the 3, but if there's demand I can order one. (I do have a Zero, but that has an OTG port and no host port.)
