doc: mermaid diagram not rendering

Mermaid diagram is not rendering on this page, I can't spot any immediate issue https://paritytech.github.io/polkadot-sdk/master/frame/traits/trait.Hooks.html#summary

It renders fine on other pages like https://paritytech.github.io/polkadot-sdk/master/pallet_bags_list/example/index.html

It must have something to do with the way we generate docs, I would start by looking into the scripts that do that and push the code to https://paritytech.github.io/polkadot-sdk. I can't see how cfg[doc] could be skipped though.
