Parcelvoy stuck before sending campaign #627

Hello - the scenario is as follows:

  1. An in-timezone campaign was scheduled around 12 hours before delivery.
  2. The campaign went into the scheduled state with the message "This campaign is pending delivery. It will begin to roll out at 02/25/2025, 11:00 AM". The # recipients were populated properly.
  3. The campaign did not start at the stipulated time and was showing in "scheduled" state.
  4. Until almost three hours after the stipulated time, the server was idle, with CPU usage at 1% and RAM practically free. We have two workers in the setup.
  5. There were 0 pending tasks in the queue. There are no failed jobs listed in the settings -> performance tab.
  6. Restarted Parcelvoy.
  7. Tasks got added to the queue and the email moved to running state.

Would you have any thoughts - Is there some way we can debug this?
