JVM profiling doesn't work on JDK 25

Profiling applications running on java 25 fails with following error message:

level=error msg="Failed to handle new anonymous mapping for PID 11309: JVM symbol 'Nmethod.MetadataOffset' not found"

Possibly related to JDK-8343789, also had to be fixed in async-profiler -async-profiler/async-profiler#1222.

Tested on parca agent v0.45.0 and OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 25.0.2+10-Ubuntu-124.04)

Looks to be already fixed in upstream opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler - open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler#831

so cherry-pick of open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler@8498197 to the fork should be enough, though I'm not sure what the proper process is here

A rebase of upstream is currently in progress, shouldn't be long now until it lands: parca-dev/opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler#200
