SimpleIDE: Project -> Open goes to wrong place after Tools -> Update Workspace

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download a .zipside file
  2. Use Tools -> Update Workspace and use it to install the files in the zipside from your Downloads folder.  Tilt Controlled ActivityBot (Dev06).zipside has been attached for convenience.
  3. Click Project and select Open.

B) What is the expected and actual behavior (output)?

Expected: Project Open looks in folder of most recently opened project.

Actual: Project Open looks in Downloads.  User will then have to navigate back 
to ...Documents/SimpleIDE/My Projects.

C) Classify the bug as one of the following:

1. Show Stopper
  2. >>> Medium Priority <<<
3. Cosmetic
4. Low Priority
