SimpleIDE does not detect if propeller-elf-gcc is missing

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. On linux installer, uninstall propellergcc
  2. Simpleide should be installed. Start simpleide
  3. Build Welcome project ... only build status shows issue

B) What is the expected and actual behavior (output)?

  Simpleide builder should at least check for the presence of files and report an error if they are missing.

C) Classify the bug as one of the following:

D) Application Version and Platform:

    Any version SimpleIDE 0-9-63
