examples/cameras: tests fail due to invalid error

Tests are failing in the example app due to h is not defined error (related to JSX), which doesn't make sense because h is defined.

This “test”, which lives in the examples/cameras sub-package, isn’t technically for RTCPeer et. al.; all it does is ensure the example app renders a header tag (and that it compiles, implicitly, I guess).

This test is also not used by any git hooks or anything of that nature, they just exist in the example project. I don’t want to remove them at this time (for future expansion), so unless more tests are written for the front-end (and, by association, this issue is solved), these will be a low priority back burner TODO for now...
