Add a media library

[vala]

We need to add a media library and use it throughout the admin, in paperclip fields, rich editors etc.

This could allow :

• Multiple file uploading
• Reusing already uploaded media
• Image cropping
• Different media sources interoperability
• Importing and exporting the library
