Description/Steps to reproduce
When an item's strokeScaling is false and the item's fill or stroke is a gradient, that gradient will appear incorrectly transformed, and will not move along with the view.

Expected result
The gradient should appear identical to when strokeScaling is true, and should move when the view does.
