No docs update needed. This PR relicenses the project from Apache 2.0 to AGPL v3 by replacing the LICENSE file. The change is administrative/legal in nature and doesn't affect any user-facing features, configuration options, or behavior. The LICENSE file in the repository is the canonical source for licensing information.
