When a score comes back with 1 the relevancy shows 0 in the UI

The federated search seems to be sending a score of 0:

The federated search check that the score is between 0 and 1. A score of 1 is not allowed and should remove the result.
I'm going to check the federated search, and make sure that score-1 results are not returned.

Do you think that we should highlight as outliers results with score 0 or 1 in the frontend?

Are you still planning on not returning results with a score of 0, though? That would be really good, I think, as we've discussed a few times. For scores of 1, it would have avoided @bolmsten some confusion about seeing a score that doesn't match CERIC's API response.

@axelboc No zero-score results are returned by the federated search api.
I will discuss with @bolmsten regarding the score-1 results and post what we decide
