Request: Compatibility with older versions (1.8.2) #31

Description

@Davidaf-dev

I know this is a long shot but I've been looking for such a tool for more than 10 years for the MP games my group and I play since I saw a similar tool for victoria 2 back in the day that gave me the most memorable games from that title.

I've been curating a modset that we deeply enjoy that randomizes the countries initial position, resources, ideology, techs, population, etc but always based on the vanilla earth map. I always wanted to have something like this that would randomize the geography too, however due to the nature of all the mods we use, we could not port it to newer versions at least with our knowledge back in the day and had to stay in 1.8.2(fork)

I've been playing a bit with your tool and it's an amazing piece of work, however it can only create maps for the most recent version.

Do you think it would be possible to add a version selector and compatibility with older(and as far as I understand, simpler when it comes to parameters) map versions?
For 1.8.2 as an example, I think the only thing missing would be the supply areas that existed before the no step back supply rework they made, similar to strategic areas. I guess it would be a somewhat easy thing to implement compared to the newer system.

I'm aware this is a very specific request for a probably very limited set of players that might be able to use it, but hey, if you don't ask you never know right?

Alternatively, if this would be something too difficult/tedious to implement, do you think with the current tool I could somehow create a basic layout or something that I could then manually add the supply regions to it somehow?
I've noticed you allow for custom country lists to be used with their rgb color, name, tag, adjective etc when you're creating the countries and assigning states. That I can use to basically add all vanilla countries that then my mod will randomize, but I'm not sure what would be the best way to create the supply regions if there's any way at all.

In any case, as already said, amazing job on this tool and keep it up! Hoi4 has been missing this for way too many years(kinda wish you made it sooner so I could have an old version to stick with haha)
