获取群成员列表时不再绑定uin和qq，只在需要时进行绑定。原来 1880 人的群需要 3 分钟采用获取完成员列表，修改后只需 3 秒。由此也修复了原来接收消息、执行命令卡死的 bug 。
再次感谢 SuperMarioSF 帮忙测试和反馈，没有他，这个 bug 可能很久以后才能被发现。
